Pendant lights offer an elevated way to add personality to your space while emphasizing ceiling height and making spacious rooms look even larger. Designer Flynn opted to install a trio of Bluff View 3 light pendants to make the HGTV Urban Oasis 2022 kitchen really shine. Hunter’s Bluff View’s subtle, retro aesthetic lends an eclectic element to the kitchen’s overarching neutral feel. The pendants’ metal detailing and flat Matte Black finish serve as a cool complement to the room’s gray, black and brown tones, while the whimsical neon light illuminating the small breakfast nook/study space infuses the room with a refreshing air of creative energy.

Adjacent to the kitchen, the HGTV Urban Oasis 2022’s spacious living room opens onto the backyard deck and offers ample space for friends, family members and diehard fans to unwind. Featuring a portrait of American country music artist Mickey Guyton, the symmetrical living area reflects a color palette inspired by the room’s central image. Clean lines, crisp geometry and floor-to-ceiling white walls are offset by bright accent pieces and surprising pops of color, making this room as awe-inspiring as it is ahh-inspiring. And, to keep things cool, Flynn added some elevation with the Park View 3-blade fan in Matte Black with Black Ash blades Hunter. Designed to keep air flowing in larger spaces, the Park View is the perfect fit for the home’s open concept floor plan. The Park View ceiling fan is echoed in the primary bedroom upstairs and serves as a bold visual contrast to the room’s vaulted ceiling and brilliant sky lights. The primary bedroom also features a cozy balcony nestled above the home’s inviting front porch.
