Returns and Exchanges
To return an item please follow the steps below.
RETURN POLICY
If there is nothing wrong with the craftsmanship of your fan, you can still return it unless it is a clearance item marked as “Final Sale.” Here’s our return policy:
- Within 45 days of purchase date.
- Product should be in its original, un-installed condition and returned in original packaging.
- We will refund your full purchase price, plus taxes when we receive the returned fan.
- We will not refund the original shipping charges. However, we will email you a pre-paid postage return label.
- TRAK/JANFANS fans are excluded from this return policy. For all TRAK/JANFANS questions or concerns, please refer to Commerical/ Industrial Return Policy.
- Clearance items marked as "Final Sale" are excluded from this return policy. If such an item is defective, please see below.
- PRICE GUARANTEE- Our commitment to you is that you'll find competitive prices every day, and if you find one from a qualified online retailer that's lower on an exact product on our website, we'll match it.
- This policy is governed by our Terms and Conditions.
In the rare case that your fan is defective, please do NOT return the fan. Instead email customercare@hunterfan.com or call 1-888-830-1326 and our Support team will resolve the problem with replacement parts or a replacement fan.
