Returns and Exchanges
To return an item please follow the steps below.
If there is nothing wrong with the craftsmanship of your fan, you can still return it. Here’s our return policy:
- Within 45 days of purchase date.
- Product should be in its original, un-installed condition and returned in original packaging.
- We will refund your full purchase price, plus taxes when we receive the returned fan.
- We will not refund the original shipping charges. However, we will email you a pre-paid postage return label.
- TRAK fans are excluded from this return policy. For all TRAK questions or concerns, please refer to Commerical/ Industrial Return Policy.
In the rare case that your fan is defective, please do NOT return the fan. Instead email email@example.com or call 1-888-830-1326 and our Support team will resolve the problem with replacement parts or a replacement fan.
