How to Find Your Hunter Fan Model Number

To locate your Hunter fan model number, there are several places you can look.

Check the Original Packaging

On the outside of the packaging, you'll find it in the lower corner of the box.

It can also be found on the front of the installation manual in the lower corner.

Check the Receipt

If you purchased your fan online, be sure to check your emailed receipt. Many online retailers include the fan model number on the receipt.

Find the Model Number on Your Ceiling Fan

If you no longer have any of these, you can find the model number on the fan itself.

Downrod Ceiling Fans

For downrod fans, there is an ID sticker on the top of the motor housing. Look for the number immediately following "MOD."

You can use a smartphone or a mirror to help retrieve the number.

Low-Profile Ceiling Fans

For low-profile fans, the ID sticker is located on the mounting bracket.

We strongly suggest trying to find the model number using one of the other methods mentioned before checking the fan itself.
