Pendleton has been using the same Southwestern patterns for more than 100 years, so we worked diligently with their team to ensure we stayed true to Pendleton’s standards.
- Claire McRoberts, Lead Industrial Designer at Hunter Fan Company

The Inspiration

Hunter collaborated with Pendleton to add the popular patterns to the blades while also incorporating a custom wood grain finish. The Spider Rock pattern is inspired by Arizona’s Canyon de Chelly National Park, paying tribute to the harsh and beautiful landscape of the American Southwest. The color palette of the Canyonlands pattern is designed to mimic the movement of sunlight dancing across the tall pinnacles and breathtaking vistas of Utah’s Canyonlands. This modern ceiling fan features LED light, a handheld remote, and a pre-installed remote receiver for easy installation.

Heritage Comes Alive

Pendleton® is a registered trademark of Pendleton Woolen Mills, Inc.

Heritage Comes Alive

Pendleton Woolen Mills began in 1863 when British weaver Thomas Kay arrived in Oregon. Kay’s grandsons opened Pendleton in the early 1900s, combining their grandfather’s weaving skills with stunning Native American-inspired designs. One of the first products, the Pendleton Trade blanket, has been a benchmark of design and quality for the company for more than 100 years.

The Pendleton Collection by Hunter maintains the story and heritage of Pendleton Woolen Mills with each pattern on the ceiling fans telling a unique story.
