THE FOLLOWING SWEEPSTAKES IS OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE CONTIGUOUS UNITED STATES (EXCEPT RHODE ISLAND) AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA ONLY, WHO MEET THE ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS (AS DEFINED IN THE RULES BELOW). VOID IN RHODE ISLAND AND WHERE OTHERWISE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. THE SUBMISSION OF AN ENTRY IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES CONSTITUTES UNCONDITIONAL ACCEPTANCE OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND THE INTENT TO BE LEGALLY BOUND HEREBY.

Term: Hunter and Clopay Upgrade Your Outdoor Comfort Giveaway Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") begins on June 22, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Central Time (CT), and ends on July 6, 2026, at 11:59 p.m., CT ("Term").

Eligibility: Sweepstakes is open to all legal residents of the contiguous United States (except Rhode Island) and the District of Columbia, who are above the age of majority in the state or territory in which they reside at the time of entry. Void where prohibited. Employees of Hunter Fan Company and Clopay Corporation and their affiliated companies and members of the immediate families of each are not eligible. Sweepstakes is subject to all local, state and federal laws and regulations. By entering this Sweepstakes, all entrants agree to comply with and be bound by these Official Rules, and to comply with all federal, state and local laws and regulations.

How to Enter: No purchase necessary to enter or win the Sweepstakes.

Internet Entry: You can enter the Sweepstakes by using the entry form linked to the Hunter Fan Company and Clopay social media pages before the end of Term. Entrants acknowledge that any exhibition, reproduction, publication, distribution, display, or use of their Sweepstakes submission in any manner other than in connection with this Sweepstakes as set forth in these Official Rules is strictly prohibited. If you choose to enter using your mobile device, standard data fees may apply. You should consult your wireless service provider’s pricing plan for details. You agree to incur all charges demanded by your wireless carrier. You should also check your device’s features for capabilities and check the device manual for specific use instructions. Your submission must comply with the content restrictions defined below. If you enter via internet entry you agree and consent that your email address and other information may be shared between Hunter Fan, and Clopay and that either may use your email address for marketing or other legal purposes.

Mail-In Entry: Print your name, mailing address (no P.O. Boxes), email address and phone number in a letter or on a postcard and mail to: Hunter and Clopay Upgrade Your Outdoor Comfort Giveaway Sweepstakes, 7130 Goodlett Farms Parkway, Suite 400, Memphis, TN 38016. All entries and requests become the Sponsor’s property and will not be returned or acknowledged. Illegible entries and entries with P.O. boxes are void. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, incomplete, misdirected, mutilated, postage due, or entries not received in time for drawing. All entries must be postmarked no later than the last day of the Term and received no later than three business days thereafter. If you enter via the Mail-In entry method your email address and other information may be shared but will only be used to contact you as regards the Sweepstakes. It will not be used for marketing purposes.

Limit one (1) sweepstakes entry per person/address/email address/month no matter what method of entry is used. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the allowed number of entries by using multiple/different identities, registrations, or any other methods will void that participant's entries and that participant may be disqualified. Sponsor and affiliated companies (including specifically Clopay), are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information, human error or technical malfunctions, illegible, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any computer equipment or software or any combination thereof or for lost, stolen, late, misdirected or mutilated entries. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor will not accept forged, altered, mechanically reproduced or facsimile entries.

Prizes: Sponsor will award three (3) winners who will each receive the following prizes: one (1) DualMount Garage Fan HeavyDuty with LED Light 6 Speed High Velocity, item 97319 valued at $249.99, (1) AirStack Outdoor Energy Star with Remote 52 inch Fan, item 50430 valued at $249.99, and two (2) Aspenbrook Outdoor WeatherMax 1 Light Medium 14 Inch Wall Lights, item 46040 valued at $179.99 each. Prizes must be ordered within 60 days of a winner receiving notification from the Sponsor. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. The prizes are non-transferable and have no separate cash value.

Winner Selection: Potential winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received on or about the fifth (5th) day immediately following the end of the Term (here, July 11, 2025). The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor. Winners will be contacted by e-mail at the e-mail addresses provided on the registration page or the mail-in entry and be provided with instructions on how to claim their prize. Return of any prize or prize notification as undeliverable, or if a winner is found to be ineligible or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected in a random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. There will be up to three (3) alternate drawings after which the prize will remain unawarded. Prize will be fulfilled within six (6) weeks from the date of the drawing or a date mutually agreed upon by the parties. Delivery will be made after fulfillment. Prize will be shipped to the address provided at entry or as confirmed by the applicable winner. All decisions of Sponsor are final. Odds of winning a prize are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received.

Prize Restrictions: Limit one (1) prize per individual/household during the Term. Prizes are non-transferable, have no cash value, and no substitutions are allowed except by Sponsor (and/or Clopay or AME Companies), who reserves the right to award a prize of equal or greater value, should a prize become unavailable for any reason. Any and all taxes and costs associated with the receipt and use of the prize are the responsibility of the winners.

By entering this Sweepstakes the entrant understands that the Sponsor (and Clopay) or anyone acting on behalf of the same, or their respective licensees, successors and assigns will have the right, where permitted by law, without any further notice, review or consent to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter in perpetuity and throughout the world, your entry, including, without limitation, the entry and winner’s name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image or statements about this Sweepstakes, and biographical information as news, publicity or information and for trade, advertising, public relations and promotional purposes without any further compensation, except where prohibited by law.

Privacy: Any information collected will be subject to the Hunter Fan Company terms of use (the “Terms”) and privacy policy (the "Policy"). By entering the Sweepstakes, you acknowledge that you have agreed to such Terms and Policy and, in particular, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information for the purposes of administering this Sweepstakes in accordance with the Policy. Conduct: By participating, entrants agree to comply with and be bound by these Official Rules. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes. Entrants further agree to comply with and be bound by decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be: (a) tampering or attempting to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or any Sponsor web site; (b) violating these Official Rules; (c) violating the Official Rules of service, conditions of use and/or general rules or guidelines of any Sponsor property or service; or (d) acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.

Release and Limitation of Liability: By entering, participants release and hold harmless Sponsor, Clopay, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and related entities (collectively, "Releasees") from any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages or losses to persons and property that may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership, or use of the prize from or arising out of participation in this Sweepstakes. Releasees assume no responsibility or liability for (1) any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries; (2) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (3) any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or telephone lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by Releasees on account of technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes or downloading any materials in this Sweepstakes; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the processing of entries; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.

Internet: If for any reason this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor (or Releasees) which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and/or to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Online entry can only be made via one (1) e-mail address per person. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a winner based on an e-mail address, the winning entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational, institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

Force Majeure: The failure of the Releasees to comply with any provision of these Official Rules due to an act of God, hurricane, war, fire, riot, earthquake, act of public enemies, actions of governmental authorities outside of the control of the Releasees (excepting compliance with applicable codes and regulations) or other force majeure event will not be considered a breach of these Official Rules.

Disputes: Except where prohibited or otherwise outlined in these Official Rules, entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate state or federal court located in or near Memphis, TN; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event shall attorneys' fees be awarded; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor (and all other Releasees) in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Tennessee, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Tennessee or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Tennessee. If one or more provisions of these Official Rules shall be found invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining provisions of these Official Rules shall not be affected in any way thereby.
