Data Analyst & Salesforce Administrator

The Sales Division Data Analyst will develop and implement metrics and measurements to provide critical data to sales team. These metrics will include; Lead / Lag Indicators, close rates, specific customer group and channel performance trends along with developing and distributing dashboards to communicate results and drive activities. The candidate will also work within our lead generation efforts to track activities, results and success / closure rates to assist in calculating ROI’s vs spend.

For Salesforce Administration the candidate will lead the ongoing development of our deployment. The successful candidate will have a record of success in improving processes and adoption using the platform. The administrator will work closely with functional leaders, organizational units, and subject matter experts to identify develop and deploy new business processes including: Marketing, Outreach and our core program business processes. This role is part technical project manager, part administrator and part Salesforce analyst. The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for the executing on the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of our CRM platform. The Salesforce Administrator will also have responsible for integrated activities around lead generation flow through Salesforce and Hub Spot as well as providing analytics therein.
