Returns and Exchanges
Unwanted, non-defective merchandise may be returned to the return center within 30 days from the date of shipment. Products must be in unused condition and in the original packaging. Original Shipping and Handling will not be refunded. Returned postage of unwanted, non-defective merchandise will be paid by the consumer and a 25% restocking fee will be assessed.
Defective merchandise can be exchanged for the same product if returned within 30 days from the date of shipment. Refunds will not be issued for defective merchandise, only product exchanges. Return postage of defective merchandise back to the fulfillment warehouse will be paid by Hunter Fan.
No returns or exchanges of online purchases should be sent to Hunter Fan corporate offices. Please use this address for returns and exchanges: Hunter Fan Returns Center, 1575 Hunter Road, Suite D, Hanover Park, IL 60133.

Canceling an Order
Orders for in-stock merchandise are to be shipped from the fulfillment warehouse upon order placement. Therefore, orders for in-stock merchandise cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed.
To cancel any open backorders, customers should contact customer service by using our contact form or by calling 1-888-354-8375. You will need to provide order # and model number(s) of ordered merchandise to be cancelled.
Orders are generally processed to arrive in 5 to 7 business days, providing all credit card information is valid. Orders will be delivered via FedEx Home Delivery.
At this time, this site is only able to process orders for delivery in the United States and its territories. Please continue to check our site for future advisements of international delivery.

Sales tax will be collected on the total amount of the order in the following states: Arizona, Arkansas, California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Louisiana, Mississippi, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, and Texas.
