Caring for Your Ceiling Fan
Keeping your fan in mint condition is a breeze—just remember to turn it OFF before cleaning. Here’s what you need to know:
- Go easy on it. Harsh or abrasive cleaning products will damage the finish, so treat your fan like a piece of fine furniture.
- Don’t overthink it. A soft cloth—damp or dry—will do the trick for the blades and motor housing.
- Keep your globes clear. The cleaner the globe, the brighter the light will be. Remove the globes carefully and clean them by hand.
- Dust isn’t your friend. Make sure all the vents on the fan are free of dust or other obstructions (a vacuum will work just fine) to keep your fan running at its best.
