Never Again!| DO not buy this product. NOT energy efficient!!! This product did not work for me. It would not hold the settings. I used it for three months...I gave up on the settings and tryed to use the "hold" setting, which would reset itself back to factory settings over and over...changed the batteries twice to make sure that was not the problem...My power bill was double and tripled what it usually is! Usually about $150 during the winter months...it was up to $250 for 2 months and over $330 one month!!! I was mad to say the least. I went back to a nonprogrammable unit (by Honeywell)about three weeks ago. My power bill is back to the normal for April of $81.

I purchased this Hunter Thermostat and easily installed it in my home. I replaced an old manual thermostat and am already seeing big savings on my electric bill. I should have done this a long time ago!

    Great Product!!!!

Get this thermostat! It fixes the most common problem of temperature variation in rooms that do not have a thermostat! It is equivalent to being able to take your thermostat off the wall and place it anywhere in your house! Get it now!!!!!!!!!

    WIring Diagram

Hunter needs to go back to who ever planned the wiring diagram and make it simple. I have wired several thermostats with no problems. This one took a while to figure out. Not really a color code and it makes you guess on the 4 wire system. This should be a simple install. Go to someone who does the install and have them give instructions. We don;t need an engineer who only knows what he has learned in college to write anything.
