    Terrible design and inadequate quality

    Book a full day to install fan... many frustrating steps. 1. Screws are different metals and threads... all of them strip and rethread going in 2. CFL bulbs are a proprietary design... I have no idea where to procure new ones after these burn out 3. Remote instructions are wrong to set jumpers in order to make the fan work. 4. Instructions are terrible
