I would give it 6 stars if they would let me

We Love this Fan!! Whisper quiet. Elegantly contemporary and beautiful to look at. Easy to install and moves air like "nobodies business". Worth the money. We will never buy another brand of fan again. You truly get what you pay for in quality and performance in a Hunter Fan!!! Outstanding!!!!!!

NO STAR! LOUSY FAN AND SUPPORT!

This fan will turn on and off on its own and the tech support will tell you that its "in the manual that the fan will have interference". We had it installed professionally about 6 months ago and had been having issues with it from the start. The last straw came on X'mas morning, 12.30am when it decided to turn itself on and off for a solid 30mins. BOTH fan and light came on and off and the remote did NOTHING! The stupid design of the fan didn't do any good to try to resolve the issue (by changing the dip switches) as we have to remove the housing to get to the dip switches. Try doing that when the fan blades threatens to decapitate you! Yes, we can turn the main off BUT NO, we do NOT want to deal wit

    Hunter fans

Use to be a good product, now junk. Look good but remote control will drive you crazy. Had 7 in my new house. Had at least one failure per year. Service can't handle remote problems they just don't understand them and it takes months to correct problems. Now replacing each fan as they break. Expensive but keeps your sanity. Avoid any Hunter fan with a remote.

    Disappointed

We bought two fans and we are having problems with both of them. The lights / fans turn themselves on during the night and day about twice a week. The fans will also shut itself off for no reason. Furthermore, the controllers control BOTH the upstairs and downstairs fan at the same time. Its a complete nightmare!

Installed two Palermo fans less than two years ago. Wireless receiver has failed as one. From what I've read, the other isn't far behind. Customer support is impossible to get in contact with and I can't find a replacement part any where. So much for the lifetime warranty. The fan is useless without the wireless receiver.
