    Expensive Replacement Filters!

    I would never have purchased this product , if I had known that a replacement filter would cost me $14.99 per month! I am planning on returning it to the store where I purchased it.

    short life span for wicks

    I found the even with constant use these wicks last only a matter of 1-2 months before then develop mold. I was expecting a little bit more life out of one of these or at least a product that didn't develop harmful mold that it would then spread throughout the room. Poor design or material to allow this problem to occur. the replacement wicks must be bought online as not stores carry them.
