    Not Mold Resistant and Too Expensive

    Can't you make something that lasts longer - these are not mold resistant and only last one month ----now I'm stuck with this thing...must have spent $200 on wicks

    Wick Filter

    15 bucks a month for a wick, made of paper, you guys must be making money hand over fist. geez, that's 180 bucks per year provided the wick makes it 30 days before needing replacement.

    Very dissapointed

    I agree with everyone else. Had I known that the filter wouldn't last, I wouldn't have purchased this product. I had to purchase another filter after 3 weeks and when I cleaned them according to the instructions...they fell apart.

    Issue same as everyone else. Filter lasted about 2 weeks not a season. Directions were followed for when not in use. Purchase date 02/11/2012. Will be returning.

    WAY TOO EXPENSIVE TO REPLACE THE WICK ONCE A MONTH AND NOBODY CARRIES THE WICK. DOESNT WORK THE WAY IT SHOULD. I WAS BETTER OFF PATING $20 MORE FOR ONE THAT DOESNT NEED WICK REPLACEMENT ONCE A MONTH OR SOONER!

    False Advertisement

    I am very disappointed in this product, on the box of the Evaporative Tower it says "Season Long Wick". Once you open the box the manal says the wick needs to replaced once a month. Not sure where a season only last for 1 month, would have been more cost efficent to purchase a more expensive humidifier that actually did have a season long wick, not one that claims one on the box and then state otherwise once you open the box.

    Would not have bought if known needed replaced every month or doesn't work. Also store I bought at doesn't even carry replacement wicks.

    I had know the paper filters were so expensive and had to be replace monthly. What a rip off!
