    New bulbs don't last

Where can I find replacement bulbs?

I cannot find a replacement for VIVA PBCFS2670 26 watt bulb. It only lasted a little over a year. It was suppose to last 10,000 hours. Fat chance. I have purchased 6 Hunter Fans over the past 4 years. It may be my last Hunter. Very poor design and light bulb should have been advertised up front on the packaging for the ceiling fans. And I did not even get a kiss!!!!

I go through these bulbs every few months. After the first month, the bulb gets dimmer and dimmer when first turned on. So your room will be dark for a few minutes when you turn the light on. It smells bad when it burns out. These bulbs are the dumbest idea since the flowbe.

I don't think the two reviews meant 5 stars!

Really! I have had my hunter fan for three months and the light has gone out. Not that I could hardly see in the bedroom with this type of lighting to begin with. There is not enough light and the price is ridiculous. Somebody is making a killing off this so called new technology while the rest of us suffer again. Thanks! Not to mention the mercury in them. Let's see how fast we can pollute the soil and waters with this one.

15$ for a light bulb that is too dim for a moderate size bedroom, and it only lasts less than a year. Not real happy with this.

    Light Bulb

The light bulbs do not provide enough light and now I need to purchase a floor lamp just to get the light I need in my kitchen. There should be bulbs made with more wattage to fit the ceiling fans!

Sonora fan with cfl - color French Vanilla

I just purchsed five Hunter fans form Lowes in Indian land, SC They sold me a combination Fan speed and ligth wall controller. The Lowes reps did not know that the CFL with two posts would not dim. Neither did I. I dislike the fact that Hunter changed to a light bulb that will not dim in this nice fan Conora model. Hunter should give me a choice to insatll a screw in regular light so I can dim it. Out of the five fans I purchased two were the Sonora models. One is on back oreder and the other was installed two days ago by Lowes. I am disappointed in not being able to dim this model fan. If you keep this up with other modesl your sales are going to go down the drain with Mary jane.

This came with my Hunter ceiling fan. The ceiling fan is making a slight noise in regular intervals...most unfortunately the bulb is very dim and does not light up the room. Was going to get a brighter bulb but apparently 26W is the max.

    Too Dim

I hate these bulbs. The claim that it is the same brightness as a 100 W. bulb is nonsense. I will try to modify to a conventional bulb.
