Service Manager

Manage all activities related to Hunter Factory Authorized Installers (FAI’s).

Description

  • Identify, qualify and contractually engage new FAI’s as needed.
  • Maintain relationships with existing FAI’s.
  • Periodically review and assess activities of FAI’s to insure quality of performance.
  • Review and establish pricing guidelines with FAI’s and coordinate pricing with Inside Sales Team to insure accurate quoting of projects.
  • Manage and maintain all documents relative to FAI activities (ie; contracts, install and start-up checklists, etc.).
  • Provide oversight and coordination of warranty labor through FAI’s
  • Develop and implement an after sale “for profit” service program.
  • Develop and implement an after sale “for profit” service program.
  • Track and share warranty KPI’s with all internal teams (engineering, production, sales and senior management)

Experience

  • BS in engineering preferred.
  • Minimum 5-years professional sales or service experience preferred.
  • Must have proven track record of managing internal and external (3rd party) relationships.

Requirements

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are necessary with an ability to quickly develop relationships with all levels of customers.
  • The incumbent should possess an aggressive approach to all stages of follow-up with customers.
  • Strong administrative skills, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently are also required.
