Fan remote works intermittently. Have to switch power on off to get remote to work. This doesn't solve issue all the time. Very random. Once fan is running if I stop with remote the fan cannot be started again with remote. Lights do not work most of the time. Do not buy this fan unless you are OK with only 4 months of service.

Great visual appeal - poor quality light assembly
I purchased this fan 3 years ago for my living room. The slow speed makes it quite a nice center piece when not used for cooling. True, it's not a high powered fan. That's not what it's designed for. It's an effective fan for creating a gentle breeze with excellent visual appeal.
The light assembly is also appealing, but my first one failed after a few weeks. The switch jammed and would not turn the light on. When I called for a warranty replacement, I was told it was out of stock. After many weeks, it did arrive as promised. Recently, the light assembly failed again. This time the switch sounds like it's working, but the lights won't work. A lot of people seem to have had problems with the switch assembly for some time and parts are not available at local re-sellers, so I can't recommend this product.

Hunter Fan Install, good but...
Nice looking fan for our great room as well as the master bedroom. Really moves the air throughout the tray and vaulted ceilings. Only problem is install in bedroom. Light kit will not work but fan works as described. Disassembled to check wires and clip appropriately attached, not the issue. Chain pulls work and click, just no lights. Hope they can solve this issue for me soon...

Quite Fan BUT!
This fan is very pretty, easy to install and very quite BUT, it has No high speed. It is a 4 speed fan 1.) High Speed you can just about count the blade rotation. 2.) slower then that. etc... The 4th speed is strictly for proof of electricity is on. On high you can feel a slight breeze if you stand directly under it no further the 5 -6 feet away. I really love Hunter fans and have had several but this fan was a total waste of money and installation time. I thought it was just this fan so waited a while and no change. Since I love Hunter Fans I went and bought another one several months later. Nope same issues NO SPEED . I hope Hunter fixes this issue because they use to make a GREAT Product.

Fan speed switch!
Not even 2 yrs old, chain for the fan speed switch broke off inside it. Replacement switch not available not available, per Hunter. It is a $4 piece of plastic and I was told I'd have to buy a whole new fan. Very inconvenient because due to my large vaulted ceiling I had to pay an electrician to install the one I have. Doesn't make any sense to have to go through this much hassle for a small plastic switch that every other company offers in a generic brand for just a few dollars. VERY disappointing!!!!! Ridiculous!

Good fan- but GREAT customer service
I bought this fan a few years ago at Lowes (don't judge) and the motor got wonky several years later. I contacted Hunter and they delivered a new fan to me within days at a cost that I believe was very reasonable considering the age of the original unit. I have to say that this means I'll stay with Hunter for my fan needs.

Switch Housing Assembly, what else...?
As soon as the warranty expired, the switch housing assembly failed. And guess what, can't find one anywhere (not even on www.hunterfan.com). The standard answer at Lowes and Home Depot? We don't sell that part, but we will sell you another fan... Really? Seems like an issue you guys should look into.

Fan is great, light is horrible. Do not buy
I bought this fan in July 2014. I installed it in my living room and use the fan regularly. In December of 2015, my wife turned on the light one night and the light bulbs blew. I ordered a new light kit assembly to replace the damaged one. It did not fix the light issue. While the fan has been great, I would not buy this unit again since the light could not make past 1.5 years.

I BOUGHT A HUNTER REGALIA FAN FROM LOWE'S PAID TO HAVE THE FAN PUT UP THE FAN WORKED FINE THE LIGHT HAS NEVER WORKED I TRIED TO TAKE IT BACK TO LOWE'S THEY SAID THE NEED THE WHOLE FAN I WILL HAVE TO PAY SOMEBODY TO TAKE IT DOWN AND PUT UP AGAIN I WOULD RATHER BUY THE LIGHT BUT I DON'T SEE ANYWHERE TO ORDER IT FROM.

Beautiful design but light switch housing is junk!
Nice fan for the price very quiet cools very good, but the light switch assemblys are junk, ive bought 2 of these fans and both light switch assemblys have failed after the warranty ran out. I cant even purchase the replacement parts because its always out of stock which im assuming means its a common problem and needs to be recalled.
